An all levels workshop designed to help you tap into your body in a way like never before. Based on the Tensegrity Repair Series created by Gioia Irwin, we use physical movements to focus and open the layers of the body and fascia.
Expecting & Embodied: A Prenatal Yoga Workshop
Designed for expecting people at any stage of pregnancy, this workshop combines gentle movement, breathwork, and relaxation techniques to support your changing body and calm your mind. We'll explore poses that relieve tension in the hips, back, and shoulders, while building the strength and awareness that will serve you through labor and beyond. BackPain Workshop

Back pain can be debilitating and may limit our ability to function and accomplish our goals. So it is no wonder that “back pain” is one of the top google searches in the world.
This therapeutic workshop is designed to look at back pain from a completely different angle. We will explore gentle movement, the anatomy of the back, pain care literature, and the importance of a positive attitude from a therapeutic lens.
Meditation & Pranayama
This workshop is designed to deepen your awareness and understanding of your mind, body, and the essence of who you are. This meditation and breathing workshop is for beginners to seasoned yogis and is facilitated by a trained and certified Yoga Therapist.
Gain a profound understanding of breathwork and meditation and learn how to integrate these tools into your practice. This workshop will help activate the relaxation response (parasympathetic nervous system), positively impact heart rate variability, reduce stress, reduce hyperarousal via pranayama, increase mindfulness, and so much more.
Chakra workshop
This unique workshop will explore the chakra system, and is designed to help foster interoception in the body and mind.
We will take a look at all seven chakras and discuss how blockages can affect our daily lives and ways to clear them.
We will use movement, breathwork, meditation, and the principles of Yoga Therapy to explore the deepest depths of who we are and who we are becoming.
At the end of the session you will receive an email with more information which will allow you to spend some time with each chakra on your own.
