Join a 4-session yoga book club offering a supportive, engaging space to explore meaningful books in a group setting. Readings are approachable and paired with thoughtful prompts, making it easy to participate whether you’ve read a few pages or the entire book.
Sessions are 90-minutes and include a free book, guided discussions, gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, light refreshments, and so much more! The club is open to anyone looking for an enriching and engaging experience.
