What is Tensegrity?

An all levels workshop designed to help you tap into your body in a way like never before. Based on the Tensegrity Repair Series created by Gioia Irwin, we use physical movements to focus and open the layers of the body and fascia. Using breath and movements we will strengthen our core, target the deeper muscles of the body, and assist the body in healing injury. All props will be provided, but feel free to bring your favourite water bottle.
