We'll explore poses that relieve tension in the hips, back, and shoulders, while building the strength and awareness that will serve you through labor and beyond. Chakra workshop

This unique workshop will explore the chakra system, and is designed to help foster interoception in the body and mind.

We will take a look at all seven chakras and discuss how blockages can affect our daily lives and ways to clear them.

We will use movement, breathwork, meditation, and the principles of Yoga Therapy to explore the deepest depths of who we are and who we are becoming.

At the end of the session you will receive an email with more information which will allow you to spend some time with each chakra on your own.
