Never done yoga before? Perfect.
Everyone begins somewhere. Our 4-week intro series was designed specifically for newcomers — no experience, no flexibility, no special gear required. Just you, an open mind, and a willingness to show up.
This series is intentionally kept to just 5 students, so you'll never feel like a face in the crowd. Every question gets answered, every student gets seen. You'll be surrounded by fellow beginners, which means the space is completely free of judgment or intimidation. Each week builds naturally on the last, so by the time you reach week four you'll be amazed at how far you've come. And no matter your age, body type, or physicality, every pose comes with modifications so you can always participate fully and comfortably.
This course is for you if you've always been curious about yoga but didn't know where to start, tried a drop-in class once and felt completely lost, you want to build a movement practice that actually fits your life, and/or you're coming back to yoga after a long break
Embody Confidence

A Yoga Therapy Journey into Confidence
This 5-week yoga therapy course is designed to help you reconnect with your innate sense of self-worth, strength, and trust in your body and life. Through mindful movement, breathwork, reflection, and somatic inquiry, we’ll explore what confidence feels like from the inside out. Each session invites you to ground, soften, and expand — helping you move beyond self-doubt into steadiness, clarity, and courage.
This course is for anyone seeking to rebuild confidence after change, burnout, or self-doubt — or for those simply ready to feel more grounded, open, and empowered in their body and mind. No yoga experience is required.
Emotional Resilience

Emotional Resilience Through the Body
This 4-week yoga therapy course is designed to support you in building emotional resilience from the inside out. Rather than “thinking” your way through stress or overwhelm, we’ll work gently with the body where emotions are stored. Through therapeutic movement, breathwork, and guided somatic exploration, you’ll learn how to stay present with what arises without becoming consumed by it. Each session offers space to regulate, reflect, and renew.
This course is for anyone moving through stress, life transitions, grief, burnout, or emotional fatigue. Embodied resilience is especially supportive for individuals who tend to overthink, suppress emotions, or feel easily overwhelmed.
