BackPain Workshop

Nearly 16 million adults worldwide live with chronic back pain, and almost 8 out of 10 adults will experience back pain at least once in their lifetime. Back pain can be debilitating and may limit our ability to function and accomplish our goals. So it is no wonder that “back pain” is one of the top google searches in the world.

This therapeutic workshop is designed to look at back pain from a completely different angle. We will explore gentle movement, the anatomy of the back, pain care literature, and the importance of a positive attitude from a therapeutic lens.
