Spring Cleaning
Spring is upon us again, and winter's existential dread is beginning to fade. All jokes aside, this was a tough winter for most, and as Spring slowly inches closer here on the East Coast, we are preparing for our annual Spring cleaning.
Every Spring, I use the idea of growth and rebirth as an excuse to purge some of the junk I have accumulated over the last year. As I began writing out my list of donation sites and garbage dumps, a lightbulb turned on over my head. I quickly fixed the faulty wiring in my studio, and then I had an epiphany!
Spring cleaning can work for our outsides and our insides! Actually, that is a bald-faced lie. The truth is, I created a wicked guidebook and had to devise a flimsy excuse to announce it! Surprise! I've attached a short guide at the end of this post to help you spruce up your insides as we move into the Spring.
The e-book has a few useful exercises you can work through at your own pace. You may want to have a pencil and paper with you if you feel like jotting some ideas down along the way, or feel free to use the material to reflect. Regardless, I hope you enjoy it. If you have any questions, feel free to email me! I love to hear from you guys!
