This is your official invitation to step away from the to-do list and into a few hours designed for ease, laughter, fun, and a nervous-system reset. Expect a playful, pressure-free space where rest is encouraged, productivity is optional (read: not required), and taking the day off is the whole point.Come stretch, sigh, snack, nap, and play!
