April Showers is a refreshing, nurturing day retreat designed to help you soften, reset, and gently wake your body back up after winter. Through gentle yoga therapy, restorative rest, playful somatic movement, and simple breathwork, you’ll release what’s been weighing you down and reconnect with ease and curiosity. Expect a relaxed atmosphere, nourishing vegan food, and plenty of time to stretch, sigh, rest, and just be.

WHat's Included

Rainfall Release Yoga Therapy Flow – A slow, soothing yoga therapy practice inspired by gentle rain, designed to stretch, soften, and wash away built-up tension from winter.

Welcome Rain Meditation – Grounding breathwork with soft ambient rain sounds to help you arrive, settle, and feel at home in your body.

Somatic Drip, Drop, Wiggle – Light shaking, swaying, and playful movement to release stored energy and invite ease, curiosity, and a little joy.

Water Play & Release Ritual – A simple, sensory experience using bowls of water to explore touch, temperature, and flow. Participants are invited to symbolically release something they’re ready to let go of, allowing it to dissolve or wash away.

Storm-to-Calm Breathwork – Guided breathing and visualization to release emotional heaviness and move gently from activation into calm and clarity.

Creative Reflection – Optional journaling, doodling, or sensory reflection to plant intentions for the new season.

Let-It-Flow Watercolour Practice – A gentle, no-rules watercolour experience where you play with water, colour, and movement, letting the paint flow naturally without pressure or expectation.

Closing Grounding Ritual – A gentle ritual to integrate the day, with a small gift and quiet reflection before heading back into the world.

Nourishing Vegan Lunch & Snacks – Seasonal, comforting plant-based food designed to support rest, grounding, and renewal.
