At this time we cannot accommodate refunds for retreats, but you are welcome to pass your spot to a friend and notify us via email.
Drop-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, but we ask that you book in advance whenever possible for each class/program. Space is limited, and booking ahead guarantees your spot. If you cannot book for any reason, please email us here.
Cancelation Policy: We require 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations. Failure to cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your work may result in a loss of the service fee. We do not accept refunds for workshops at this time. Please note that appointments that are moved and then cancelled will be treated as a cancellation.All drop-in classes are $20 per student (unless otherwise stated) and can be paid online, via e-transfer, and by credit card. Programs are $120.00 per person, and pricing for private services are marked in the listing.
If you are a pass holder, please use your booking code. If you were not issued a code or forgot it, please email us here.
Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the start of class and no later than the posted time for all classes, workshops, and events unless otherwise stated.
Please note that promotions cannot be combined with passes or other promotions. -
